This is the perfect little app for quickly seeing which is the closest stations and the next available times. Upgrading to the paid version was a no-brainer for the price.

I commute from Rockridge to Civic Ctr and this app is not accurate. I run to catch my train and when I get to the platform I discover that my train will actually arrive 6-10 min after the time this app indicated. Im deleting this.
Real-time departures just.. wrong lately. PBP-SFO both directions. Doesnt match the signs in the stations. Doesnt match other apps I use.
Pretty good
My friend showed me this app and there is now nothing else I use. The scheduling is easy to function and you can plan any trip at any time. Your current bus will have up to date timing. And there is also maps if you want to track along your travels. This app is a one stop shop.
This is a great and user friendly app, but it needs to have an additional function where you can indicate what time youre departing. Otherwise I really like this app
I am a current UC Berkeley student who takes Bart on the weekly basis. Great app for minimizing time spent waiting for trains. Very accurate timing. No complaints .
EDIT: The notifications on this app are the least annoying Ive ever had the pleasure of encountering. This app deserves 5 stars for that alone. First, let me just say this app is amazing for a single developer effort. You can tell the creator is very passionate about making BART scheduling easier for everyone. There is a slight information overload at first, but if you focus on search and favorites, youre golden. Once you spend a minute or two adjusting, its an excellent app. Highly recommended.
Its really an organized must-have app for commuters.
Used it successfully for few trips but app completely missed a Fremont train from Berkeley-MacArthur-SF. Said I had a 15 min wait for Millbrae (Im glad I waited at the tracks). Routesy app had accurate information. Seems unreliable, perhaps a real-time info problem?
Easily the most fully featured and user-friendly BART app available. I was shocked to find out that its perhaps one of the most well designed apps on my phone. A must have for any Bay Area commuter that uses BART.
UI takes time to get accustomed to, but super useful once you get it. Best BART app of 3 Ive tried.
I checked the app to see if my train was coming and it said it was, so I started rushing and then when I got to the station it said I had to wait 12 minutes.. And then I was late to where I was supposed to go.
The mobile app interface is difficult and joyless. I had trouble finding "plan a trip." When I did find it, the information was wrong, so now I dont trust the app. BART web page was easier to use and had the correct information.
Much better than the original BART app. One enhancement request: I would like to see a feature to reverse the already searched route for the return trip!
in terms of simplicity and functionality, this app is excellent. i like how it will automatically find the nearest BART station to your current location which is most times convenient. i think that paying an extra 2 dollars is worth getting rid of the ads and making it more customizable to your needs. now that it offers real time departures i really cant complain. the only thing i would like is to provide all departure/arrival times onto one list/page rather than having to swipe through them. otherwise this is probably the best app to use for BART.
New to the BART and this is exactly what I need to get around.
Love the design and functionality of the app. Since I know the regular schedule of my trains for my commute, Id only ever use the app to plan weekend or off commute trips. This app made it difficult to "plan a trip" say a day or two in advance. The function is there but its hidden so well that it took me forever to find it.
Got all the info I need
Worth paying the $1.99 upgrade. Good app. Wish it saved favorite routes.
